As a consultant I combine your company’s environmental and climate strategies with a functional and productive day-to-day operation. This work involves people as much as systems. The individual employee must understand why, not just how, the strategy unfolds to be able to make a difference in their working day.

If employees are to consider the initiatives relevant and useful to their work, they must be involved at the development stage and feel a personal responsibility in the creation of the strategy. The facilitation of these processes forms the core of my work.
